EQOS Energie is extending its range for customers and can be reached 24/7 nationwide from now on

From now on, customers can reach EQOS Energie around the clock on a new fault hotline with an improved service. Throughout Germany, the telephone service can be reached on 01806 885888* in case of faults or damage as a result of, for example, maintenance work or repair measures. With an extended concept and changing contact partners within the project, the company can improve accessibility for its customers to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Furthermore, in cases of emergency, notifications get through to the responsible project manager even faster, which enables efficient processing and the rectification of the problem. Thus, the company offers its customers increased security as well as added value in their respective projects.
